Bastion called "Baba"

Bašta was originally part of the fortification system from the beginning of the 16th century. From the 18th century it served as the torture chamber and city prison. In the 19th century it was adapted into a residential house. A part of the original wall arch was preserved, complete with the original arrow slits. Today the building houses a number of state institutions.
